About Us

Since 1962 the Quad City Estate Planning Council (QCEPC), has been committed to advancing the goals of estate planning in Scott, Clinton, Jackson, & Muscatine counties in Iowa and Rock Island, Henry, Knox, Mercer, & Whiteside counties in Illinois. The Board of the Quad City Estate Planning Council provides timely educational opportunities to our membership comprised of attorneys, certified public accountants, chartered life underwriters, trust officers, financial advisors, development officers, and other professionals actively practicing estate planning. Historically we offer at least four yearly Programs to our Members (and Guests), and they are submitted for Iowa continuing legal education credits (CLEs) approval.

Striving to keep our Board and Membership abreast of changes in the estate planning arena, the QCEPC incoming Board President annually attends the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils (NAEPC) Annual Conference. Several of our yearly Program Speakers have been and continue to be a direct result of contacts made at the conferences.
