Iowa Medicaid Estate Recovery
From: Ben Chatman, Iowa Department of Human Services, Iowa Medicaid Enterprise, Revenue Collections Unit, Health Management Systems
Ben Chatman has been the Operations Manager for the Estate Recovery Program for 20 years and Medicaid Trust Program for 6 years. He received his law degree from the University of Iowa, his B.A from Winona State University, magna cum laude, and A.A. from Rochester Community College, with honors. He has been practicing law in Iowa for 30 years, both in the private and public sector.
The Estate Recovery Program engages in public awareness programs by distributing brochures, speaking to organizations regarding the program, and through a website. Questions or comments are always welcome regarding the administration of the program.

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm Program and Q & A
Cost: FREE for QCEPC Dues-Paying Members
