He also handles assisting corporations and limited liability companies with formation, labor and employment issues, and contractual matters. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Iowa in 2005, spent seven years as an active-duty Air Force Intelligence Officer before separating from the military to pursue his legal education. Tim received his J.D. degree from Drake University in 2015, graduating with High Honors. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, Rock Island County Bar Association and Scott County Bar Association.
